Refunds Policy

At scanmymenu.in, we accept the following payment methods:

There are no additional fees. At the time of checkout, you only pay the amount that appears in your order summary. If you see any charges on your credit/debit card for purchases made but you have never created an account or signed up, please check with family members or business colleagues who have been authorised to make purchases on your behalf. If you are still unable to identify the charge, please report it within 30 days of the transaction so that we can investigate it. Please contact us via email at [email protected]. In the event of a payment failure, please retry, ensuring that the information passed on to the payment gateway is correct, such as account details, billing address, password (for net banking), and so on.

Cancellations Policy

We accept all cancellations made before the shipping slot's cut-off time (3 hours). For cancellations and refunds, please contact our customer service department. If we suspect a fraudulent transaction or transactions that violate the website's terms of service, we have the sole discretion to cancel such orders. These customers/accounts will be barred from using the site or purchasing products in the future.
